Funny hatching story!
I have 1.2 breeder cresteds.
The day was aug. 17th,
I had a few clutches in the incubator and one was due in about a week or so. I wasnt planning on checking my incubator that morning. I go check the cage and I knew one of my females was due to lay soon so I check my eggbox and there she is looking all bright orange. I look in it and sure enough a clutch. They eggs were nice and white so I take them and mark them with a pencil, then I open my incubator that I wasn't going to check for another few days, and the through the top of my incubator I can see my biggest crested eggs look gone! I was like what the...? Then I open it and they are flat I was like, ok? Then I check the corner and curled up in the side of the container are 2 beautiful red hatchlings! I jump back and smiled! They are looking very nice and heatlhy so far! They are my 2nd clutch to hatch. I hatched my first on the 25th of july!
