Could not agree with you more...

Copperheads are awesome. They're pretty much my favorite species out of any snake, and have been since I was like 7 or 8 years old. I'm not even a fan of venomous snakes. I think the majority of them are drab, uninteresting and pointless to keep as captives. Obviously this doesn't apply to the gaboons and rhinos of the venomous world, but I just don't understand the appeal of the mambas, most cobras, the Australian elapids, etc. But I'm just mesmerized by coppers. Here are a few shots of my pair of Souherns. I'd love to get a nice pair of pure Pecos', but almost all you see seem to be Broad Band intergrades. Yours is nice by the way. I like the juvenile coloration.
