I would say a vet visit is in order. IMO, a warm soak isn't going to do much, and manual manipulation can do more harm than good if done improperly.
Again IMO....1200 grams is too small to even be breeding a female, this is the kind of problem that seems to occur when you breed an animal too small. I won't even CONSIDER breeding an animal under 1500-1600 grams, and then only if they are in absolute top shape and have enough age on them.
As far as the late clutch....I have one girl that laid in Spetember 2 years ago, bred at the same time as my other girls. She gained weight back very well, so I went ahead and bred her a bit later than my others....and last year she laid in October. Apparently some are just weird that way....
