Depends. For brumation, I'd seperate them, after the female is obviously obviously gravid I'd seperate them
For feeding of course they should be seperated (I recomend not even feeding in the enclosure)
But otherwise, leave them together, no real problems. If they remain eating, and drinking it's fine.
Juvieniles are also fine to keep together if they have a constant feeding habit, and are hydrated.
