As far as the under 4 inch law I see it all the time most people sale you the food and give you the turtle or post for science research only. Now by no means is it legal but they get away with it all the time so people call wild life and fisheries so they make new laws to circumvent this and add a lot of new laws. By no means am I siding with this dirtbag, but we need to be careful sometimes we are our on worst enemy.
