Excellent. You'll notice we ended up putting tubs of water (6qt sterilte shoeboxes) in front of the fan on the bottom of each incubator. It helped to evenly distribute the airflow. When we set up our first one Doug decided to put a seperate ESU digital thermometer on each shelf and we checked it about an hour from when it was plugged in and run for the first time. The difference between shelves was a mere .1 - .2 degrees. Perfect.
