In regards to not labeling a package with any live animal in it, is this not against the Lacey Act?
True, even being a certified FedEx shipper (which is not the case here), FedEx does not require the certified shipper to place labels on the box. They leave that to the shipper's discretion. However, I had heard recently that not placing labels to identify that there is an animal in the box is against the Lacey Act.
Can anyone clarify on this?
