It's not now called the Lacey Act, the Lacey Act has been around for quite a while & ,unless it becomes corrupted by this, serves a legitimate purpose.

Senate is trying to add them to the Lacey Act by political force - circumventing the policies, procedures and real scientific reviews necessary for such inclusion.

S 373 is an attempt to circumvent science with pure political agenda.

There is also a separate movement to have the Lacey Act amended to include them following the proper procedure.

Florida is also moving to issue a state wide ban of it's own barring all listed species of concern.

Good to hear people are still on their senators
