You can call it bullcrap, or complete and utter crap, as much as you want; that doesn't make you correct. Quite simply, Tom's statement about the refund was corroborated in an earlier BOI thread posted by Ray/Donna. If it wasn't true, why would the stories match? Ray certainly wouldn't have made piece that up, since he was clearly unhappy.
