Chad Steffen of Gold Coast Exotics was a great guy to work with. I just received a Dominican Red Mountain Boa from him and couldn’t be happier. He worked with me on shipping, awaiting safer temps (Florida gets too hot). He kept me updated on feedings and sent along the feeding record with the animal. The packaging was good on the shipment, and my little one arrived safe and sound and healthy. Chad was great and responsive throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend doing business with him.
