You know, I'm generally not a fan of sudden declarations of "new" species by DNA analysis - it often seems to me to be hair splitting, sometimes motivated by the desire to make a name for the researchers involved (or to pick up grant money to preserve the "new" ones). However, if there truly are different venoms between the species I actually see a point to it in this case.
