That is a yellow U. Geyri or also know as a yellow Saharan. Too young to tell the the sex for sure. But I'd say it's turning into a male. Females will have a creme body color while males will have a yellow belly like the rest of their body. Looks like he's getting some yellow on his belly and his pores look to becoming more prominent.
