Was there a specific way to get the billing information for Fed Ex to cover shipping? I asked several reps and they told me to just send the box in and that it would automatically be covered.. but that is obviously not the case. I told them that I was aware that others having boxes tested were given billing information so that there would be no problems with Fed Ex picking up the tab and it seemed just like another procedure that they did not know anything about.

I would put one deli cup in there with a post it note inside stating "This is a live harmless lizard" and then a snake bag with a post it note "This is a live harmless snake". You might want to include a short letter explaining this and why you did it.
