1. While many insects are poisonous, none have a poisonous bite. Same for spiders. The way this is written, ladybugs are banned while fat tailed scorpions would not be. Likely this was not their intent, but the next sentence banning venomous
and cold-blooded reptiles shows their collective intelligence.
If passed as written above, this law has more holes than swiss cheese.
