Hi Dan,
Welcome to ball pythons. This is going to get sloppy and potentially confusing really quick, so I might simplify it a little. For this example I'll identify a male and female though I might have it reverse since you didn't specify.
There are 3 types of ball pythons:
1. Visual
2. 100% het.
3. Possible het. (any percentage less than 100% is basically worthless for calculations or labeling purposes*)
Either an animal is het. OR it is not. So... you need to calculate under two different assumptions, the father is het OR he is not, toss out %s <100%.

Male: Pied 100% het Albino
Female: 100% het Albino, 100% het Pied.
If he is 100% het Albino, you 'pretend' the ratios are something like:

12.5% 1/8 Het Piebald
12.5% 1/8 Piebald
25% 1/4 Double Het Albino Piebald
12.5% 1/8 Albino Het Piebald
25% 1/4 Piebald Het Albino
12.5% 1/8 Albino Piebald

Male: Pied (not het. at all)
Female: 100% het Albino, 100% het Pied.
If he is not het Albino, you 'pretend' the ratios are something like:

25% 1/4 Het Piebald
25% 1/4 Piebald
25% 1/4 Double Het Piebald Albino
25% 1/4 Piebald Het Albino

*odds truly are so unpredictable dealing with het. animals, especially double het that it is honestly futile to calculate or try to guess.
