Sounds like your question was glossed over by Kevin and he didn't read your email carefully. Like Harald, I heard SYR had permission to ship to residences. That said, I would never ship to residences, even if I could. I always have it held for pickup. The animal's well being supersedes the customer's convenience. If the customer feels otherwise, they can buy from someone else.
