I am sorry but the seller stating (after sale/shipping) that there were pics (leaving sole onus, upon the buyer, to having caught/seen the problem prior to purchase) just does not "cut it".

Want to add that, while I still feel there should have been disclosure, I could be somewhat more understanding, of the non-disclosure (via written/oral form), if there had been a full frontal head shot where the snout issue could, very
clearly, be seen.
