this is a very sad subject. i was boarn and raised in southern florida, and i saw EDB's everywhere back in the early 1990's. i just went back to my home town last year, and went herping in some of my old locations. i didnt find one EDB rattler. i only could find black racers and garter snakes. it was very depressed seeing as how man either killed them mostly off or built houses and other buildings and chased them away. on my way back up to pennsylvania i made it a point to stop at some remote parts of georgia. to see if i could find anything and yes i did in about 2 hours of herping i saw at least 5 edb's and canebreaks. so what im saying is "which ppl already know" how the human species is ridding off all the wildlife that used to thrive in those areas. good thred i hope other's will read it. thanks for reading......
