I would have completely understood that, but she had to have known that the weather would not allow shipping for this week, maybe even next week. I cannot believe some of the things I have read about her from here.. I'm so stupid.
I am terrified about my refund, It is in the banks hands now and who knows how many times this has happened to her, she probably has loopholes.. I can't afford this, I'm a poor college student.. ugh.
