Ouch I had to try and find a room to rent when I had a ball python in college and it was rough. Especially because I wanted female roommates :/
I would start by not saying you have snakes in the ad, and letting them know over the phone if possible. It would be easier to assuage their fears during a conversation than it would be in an email thread. I also doubt it's the damage they are concerned with!
I got a lock for my snake's cage and let them know that there was zero possibility of the snake getting out. Would you consider that? I also let them know that the ball python is like the rabbit of snakes and she would most likely curl up in a ball and hide if approached... I don't have any corn snake experience, but I imagine they aren't too aggressive either.
Try searching through the rooms that are posted for rent and see if you can find someone that's reptile friendly too. Good luck!
