Is the box styrofoam lined or a styrofoam box in a box? If that is the case, it needs to be really really snug to keep from bouncing around the regular box it is inside. Be sure to ship with more than 1 heat pack, 1 at the bottom so the heat rises. Make sure they are shipped for NEXT MORNING arrival, never usps express, or overnight for afternoon arrival. Also, what I do is when I ship the orders out, I go to the UPS store right before they close so I save many hours of them sitting in the store in the box. But if packed correctly that is not needed.
