it's breeding season for Fiji Boas - cold, wet and stormy, just like they like it.
The boys went off feed back in July, the start of our winter, and the girls obviously smell delicious.... I'm not breeding them this year so this must be an exercise in frustration for them.
Normally these snakes are fast asleep under their hides all day and come out at night, but right now the males (bottom tank) are roaming around, pushing against doors and mesh panels and generally being very decorative in the name of love.
