Bark bedding is infamous for introducing mites into a collection. Before bark is used it is reccomended that it be baked in the oven to kill anything in the bag. It's not really a good idea to use anykind of bark for beardies anyway. It can be accidentally injested and can kill your beardie to to impaction. I would scrap the bark. Your cages will need to be cleaned and disinfected daily. I would soak your beardies daily to drown off the mites. Mites will climb in behind the eyes of your animals to protect themselves from drowning. Eggs in the cage can hatch out weeks later re-infecting everything all over again. You will need to stay on top of it to make sure this doesn't happen. If you have any snakes Mites could have transferred from the snake to the dragons. Even if kept in separate rooms they can be transferred by your hands.
