Considering that you received 2 females that weren't gravid and 1 male that was supposed to be a female, I believe you can institute a complaint with PayPal...as long as too much time hasn't elapsed. I notice that the time frame seems to indicate that the communication dropped off right about 30 days after you sent payment
Is the person in the same town with the seller offering any suggestions on how to deal with this? Maybe he can mediate for you?
