Oh and btw the collection permit is required any time native wildlife is kept reguardless if its for resale or if mr smith goes and catches a blue belly on a hiking trail. You also want to educate yourself on native species because we do have alot of invasives here which Id assume are open to collection but then again we have rules on hunting wild boar and those are invasive and then some so who knows, also there are a few native species that even with permits can't be collected or owned period so do your homework.
