I too would love to come home to find one. The last time I saw one of those was at my Mom's in Maryland. It was wrapped around a basement window. For a moment I thought it was a rope like insulation that had somehow fallen loose. That was until it moved.
It was nice enough to stay around until you got your camera too.
Half the time I see something it is gone by the time I get there with my camera.
