I have a green anole, and the book that I read before I got him said that you need a heat lamp, but it also mentioned heat rocks. I was wondering if I could use a heat rock instead of a heat lamp. And before everybody says how bad and dangerous heat rocks are, just let me say that my heat rock automaticly turns of once the tempeture of the surface of the rock gets hot enough that it might burn the lizard.
