I've had a few telephone conversations with Jay in the past about issues and he was always helpful with information so he speaks the truth about his willingness to help answer questions.
I've also asked him if he'd be willing to partake in deals that were illegal and he refused. Granted at the time I didn't know what I was asking was illegal but he would've made a lot more money on deals with me at the time that he turned down and this was 2-3 years ago.
