<b>1.Flex watt is not used, we use a commercial grade, all weather heat cable that is routered into the plastic. This cable is (S) curved on the back so that each shelf as sufficient heat. This cable is recommended to be used with a thermostat.
2.Tolerance? Shelves are made of 1/2 HDPE (High density polyethelyne). Very rigid and sturdy. Everything we manufacture is rabited together. The rabit joint is very strong. (NO NEED TO WELD)
3. We shoot for a gap of 3/32 in, each tub used has a little variance.
4. This material is virtually indestructable. Since this product is actually machined there will be no flaws in the designs.
