Twins occur in reptiles just as they do in other vertebrates. I have seen my share in snakes. Not being a Bearded Dragon breeder I do not know how common they are but they do occur.
Google "bearded dragon twins" and you will see other references and photos, including at least one set of conjoined BD twins.
