My point was that I think just about any breeder, could get more testimonials for themselves, than a person could get against them, therefore, I think they (testimonials) should not be a determining factor for the CC company. I would argue to the company that she could have tons
of testimonials and that does not change the fact that I was not happy with my purchase and per her guarantee I want a refund, and she refused it AND changed her terms.
