Vets can get the sex wrong, I would get a second opinion by popping it. I think Ed should cover the fecal and treatment for the parasite but you should be responsible for the URI treatment. If the temp was that low you should have waited for a warm spell before requesting shipping. This is just a bad situation all the way around, I hope the snake gets better. Good luck with him/her.
