I recently bought a snake from Daniel and accidentally gave him the wrong shipping address. Yes,
I literally mistyped my own own address 
and didn't catch it until the shipment had already left.
Literally within minutes of me firing off a panicked PM, he was on the phone with Fedex and arranged to have the shipment routed to a local fedex store where I picked it up without issue.
Animal looks great and was saved from purgatory shipping hell. Definitely one for the good guy list!
