You've got the patience of a saint, which seems to be a common theme of people who deal with Jon Boone. He constantly takes advantage of peoples' kindness and IMO is clearly a bad guy and someone to never do business with regardless of the details.
I hope you get your refund, I personally would not give him nearly 3 more weeks to make good, but thats just me.
