Need some help with my baby!

My little colenoyx mitratus gecko, Cheech (though I'm not sure if its a male or not), has a white orb on his belly, off to the side. he has eaten and pooped within this past week, and is acting normal. I'm starting to wonder if he mated with Ozzy, my other coleonyx, when they were living in the same cage together for a month or so, and if cheech is really a gravid female. Ozzy is much bigger and developed pores, which Cheech never really developed the pores. We seperated them a month ago, and now Cheech has this spot. It feels firm to the touch, but the rest of the belly is not swollen. Any ideas? I really need help! And by the way, he does not live in sand so there isn't a good chance of it being impaction.

Wow, that sucks. Unfortunatly, reptiles aren't immune to many diseases or parasites. Do you have any pics of the bump? If you are really worried about it, a vet can do a biopsy on it. It could be nothing, it could be cancer. I suggest you not to breed this animal. Ya never know what it has or that it can be spread to its offspring. Just my opinion......

Thank you for the suggestions, but Cheech died last night. We had already taken her to the vets a few weeks ago and found out that she had roundworms and strongyloid worms. She got medicine for it, but ended up getting extremely skinny and tired. She died in our arms last night, and I'm sure that whereever she is right now, she is feeling much better. Me, on the other hand, I'm a different story.
