Aquarium sealant

I will have some newly built glass tanks delivered to me next week, aquarium sealants are used. Do I need to let the tanks air out for 1-2 weeks or can I put my geckos in there right away (after thorough cleaning, of course)? I'm worried about toxic fumes from fresh aquarium sealants? Or are they safe once its completely dried?

The sealants are silicone based, if you have ever work with the stuff you will not doubt that letting them air out is a must. Once everything is dry there is not problem and there will be no smell, just stick your face inside the tank and smell the air, if you can still smell the sealent, wait another day and give it the sniff test again.

Aquarium silicone is different and less toxic than bathroom silicone. It outgasses acetic(?) acid--vinegar.
