website under construction

I was paging through a pet industry last night while I couldn't sleep and came across a few ads for products I found interesting. I grabbed a pencil and paper and wrote down half a dozen web addresses of new products. I just went on to check them and three of the pages were still under construction. Few things irritate me more than this. Why the hell put your website in an add if it is not available. As for these three products, I doubt if I will ever check back. Things like this get a 1 and done chance with me. I'm not going to waste my time checking in on websites that are not available. sites where certain sections are still under construction are a different story but to have nothing available serve no purpose in my mind except to tick me off.

Most people probably don't mind but since I really hate computers anyway, anything that has to do with them that ticks me off really ticks me off.

Yep, those are fun- just like the ones that haven't been updated since 2004, or click on this link that goes no place- but you can sign up to purchase this site, lol. People that want you to "check out my website"- you do but only find there really isn't one. If that happens on 2 trys I won't do business with them ( I give them the benifit of doubt that it may be a puter problem). Websites don't have to have all the bells and whistles to be good- neat,clean and organized to me speaks volumes on the site owner. I hate the ones with dark background and dark lettering almost as much as the hot pink with red print- I'm old, my eyes are old,and my puter is old- if I can't read it I'm gone.
