Also your TRUE location is important. If the location you enter in your profile field does not match the location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected. As such, I strongly urge registrants to avoid using a VPN service to register, as they are often used by spammers and scammers, and as such will be blocked when discovered when auditing new registrations.
Sorry about all these hoops to jump through, but I am quite serious about blocking spammers and scammers at the gate on this site and am doing the very best that I can to that effect. Trust me, I would rather be doing more interesting things with my time, and wouldn't be making this effort if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

Well, I haven't even read this thread yet (I will when I finish typing this.... if you guys noticed, I didn't post anything yesterday.... at 4am yesterday morning, I woke up in excruciating pain.... I had to e rushed to the hosptal where I stayed all day taking tests and mri's.... it turns out that I have Kidney Stones!! And, today, I am so drugged up, I'm not even sure I'm making any sense! I must have been feeling the effects of them when I saw his thread with no name.... I would just like to add sometimes Neil is a little harsh but no harm done I think we all should lighten up and be happy. The advice and help the BOI gives the herp community is worth alittle harshness sometimes. Peace

Darin, I am not saying that there should be any rule changes but rather apoint a level headed, calm and polite person to act as "RULES POLICE". Whenever someone forgets to post their name 10 people will jump the gun and the will scare off any new members to this board, people will stay away.

Does anyone else find it rather amusing that Neil, one of very few people every actually banned from this site for rule violations, is now acting as the rule police? Just struck me as odd.
