What calcium to use?

I have hatched a few babies this summer. They seemed to be doing fine. I just took them out the other day and one is walking really funny. The left back leg's knee is bending the wrong way. It looks like MBD from what I have read.

The baby is about a month and a half in age. I use T-Rex calcium with d3. Should I be using just a calcium without d3? Also, is there anything I can do to try and help this baby out, reverse the problem?

Thanks everybody!!
