On another forum I am on, Ultimate Bettas, an administrator just posted a call for help to the reptile community.
Firstly, the geckos haven't been identified yet, hopefully I can get pictures posted here for identification. Secondly, two geckos need homes as soon as possible. The quoted message is below.
"Right off the bat, the lady who's come into possession of these gecks has no idea what kind they are, she's not a herp person and had no idea that where's more than one kind, heh. Someone from one of my soap forums is looking for homes for her sister in law's pets, the SIL was killed in a car crash last week and she's not able to keep the pets. If you might be interested, please send me a PM and I can provide her contact info. I'll update this post if I find out what kind of gecko they are, just wanted to get this posted since time is critical."
If you are in the area and think you can take in these mystery geckos (or hopefully not so mysterious soon, Tess gave me her email so you can contact her: [email protected]. Please mention "Geckos" somewhere in the subject/title of the email so she knows you are emailing her regarding the geckos.
The original UB message is linked in the quote, too.
