Alex Hue - OUTSTANDING GUY!!!

I would just like to say that Alex Hue is a WONDERFUL person, not just in business, but morally and in personality.

On December 26th, I sent him a MO for 150 dollars, for 1.1 cuban boas that he was selling. He waited.. and waited.. and waited.. For the MO to show up with no ill feelings, but it never did. So I wrote off the 150 as a loss(as i lost the reciept stub), and told him to go ahead and sell the Cubans to another interested party. He replied telling me that he felt bad for me losing the money, so gave me 100 dollars credit towards any animal of his, to use now or any time in the future. That alone is very awesome of him! He had bloodred corns I was interested in for 45 a peice, so I told him i'd gladly use the credit on a pair of them. He offered to ship it COD to me, as I didn't want to have another MO mishap, so had to wait a bit for me to get some spare cash to have on hand. Then, yesterday, my cat knocked the clock off my bedstand, and low and behold, there was the reciept stub to the lost MO. I quickly emailed Alex telling him that I had found the reciept. I just got an email back saying that beyond all odds, his wife checked the mail today, and in the mailbox was a shredded, dirty, wet, tapped up envelope with a big "Damaged in transit" sticker on it, containing my money order! So he now has my money order, and letting me keep my 100 dollars credit as well!

This is an UPSTANDING guy, and I highly recommend him to anyone who's interested in any animals of his.

I recently had a great transaction with Alex (that turned into two). I purchased 4 boas from him & rather then ship, he drove a considerable distance to deliver them to me. After meeting him & getting my snakes that were much nicer & larger then he told me they were. I decided to buy 5 more. I couldn't get them all to eat right away so contacted him as we didn't discuss what they were feeding on. He contacted me back right away & made follow ups to make sure they were all eating for me & to make sure I was happy with them. He also told me he would take them back if I had any problems feeding them. He was great to deal with & nice person to talk to. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future. I would highly recommend him.

Awesome Guy, Awesome Snakes...

I really liked my experience with Alex as well.

First, let me say. I can be a real pain in "the-you-know-what", when it comes to buying stuff. I want to see pics, know the animals age, weight and all that good stuff. And when I saw Alex's ad for some Kenyan sand boas, I fired off an email. Well, within a few minutes, he had replied. This went on and on for about an hour, back and forth. Alex never got tired of answering my questions. We finally hashed out a deal on a small group of 4 snakes.

He marked them sold on his web site right away. Within 5 minutes of giving him my credit card number, I got my receipt via email and a little later my tracking number. They arrived this morning and before I could call Alex to tell him they arrived, my phone rings. IT WAS ALEX. Calling to see how they were. He had been tracking them and saw the deliver had been made.

The snakes were better than the picture and I am so happy.

PLUS, Alex stayed on the phone with me for about 20 minutes answering all kinds of questions. He even took the time to answer questions about my bearded dragons, and he sold me snakes. I don't even remember how we got on the subject of bearded dragon but he was more than happy to help me out. What a great guy to work with. I hope I get to meet him in person someday. He is now on my short list of breeders I check with first any time I am looking for something. Buy with confidence from Alex. He's a first class act. No doubt.

I Called about one of his adds on ks,he was very helpful and answered all my questions i had already read this thread and everything everyone said is absolutely true!We made the deal and my baby leopard arrived today he is awesome!!
The packaging was excellant Alex even called today to make sure he arrived safely and make sure i was a happy customer.
All i can say is this guy is a professional if everyone did business like him the boi would be out of business.
There is no dought that i will be doing business with alex in the very near future. Keep up the good work alex and thank you for everything.
