In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So I've had this lil fella just over a month and a half ago from work and he is looking good :)

He's my first bearded and I'm amazed by how much food they can pack down, as well as how smart and inquisitive they are! (It's adorable when I come home from my morning shift at Petsmart and he gets up and starts scraping along the glass of his 40gal knowing its food time :D )

His name is Meat Bag, and I think he's a normal?

This was before bath and feeding time, first pic accurately shows his brightest colors. Too bad he darkened up when I took him outside

Oh, but now you have!
Warning: That means the idea of getting another is going to be highly tempting!! Because they are eating machines, its easier to buy food in bulk for more than one ;) .
At least that's my thinking, lol, and the excuse I give my fiance!

Also, JMO, where scale wise he is normal..color wise he is not. It has some orange or red going on there. Others that breed will know more on that than I do.

When I say normal, I normally mean in both scales and in color..Your guy has some splash of bright color going on. : )

He also looks healthy to have came from petsmart! I looked here at petsmart before going to a breeder, but they just looked too small and not healthy or happy. All the ones here had dark colors :( .

Congrats he is pretty ; )!

Haha, no plans on another, although I love leatherbacks! I breed mealworms and getting back into breeding crickets so feeding cost isn't so bad lol

And I picked him out for those intense colors ( I love any reptile that is bright and flashy!). I must say that the particular petsmart I work at is really the best chain store I've seen in the area in terms of pet care and knowledge- which makes it really enjoyable to work there :yesnod:

Ps- you can't hate on the plain ones, they are all cute :p

I totally agree! My first beardie came from a pet store, and the only color other he had than light brown was a little highlight of yellow by his ears :) .

The ones here at the petsmart, have what I would consider unhappy colors..to where you just don't know if they are feeling well. They just don't look like beardies should, something is off.

Well, food costs are covered then ;).
See you already like the look of the leatherbacks!
I agree it sounds and from the looks of him..that you work at one of the better ones which has to be plus!

Enjoy him, he's a looker!
