I'm not sure what is worse, a liar that slanders on a website or their followers that continue to repost the lie years later. I was completely exhonorated from that incident by Kirk Setser(locality collector) and Shannon Brown(dealer I bought animals from), or doesnt the truth matter? You havent met me, you havent dealt with me, you dont know me. But that doesnt stop you from posting lies about me online. That is about the lowest form of life, and you arent worth another response.

Big surprise! Jerry DID NOT PAY as agreed!

On Mar 2, 2012 at 5:06 PM I called Jerry at his request because he wanted to make an arrangement to pay me my refund of $3100 off the BOI forum. To show my character and good faith I agreed to this. During our 20 minute phone conversation Jerry “promised” me he would pay half by the weekend of Mar 10-11, 2012. Shortly after our phone conversation he sent the following text messages:

I am going to send the first half via PayPal, fyi, this weekend. So please keep an eye open for it.

I find it difficult to believe someone as sharp as you are about everything else that you would make a mistake reading the calendar regarding your pay date. I believe you are stringing me along and that is exactly what several people warned me about. You promised me on the phone the other night when we came to our agreement that you would pay me half by this weekend and the other half by the end of the month. Therefore if I do not receive some substantial amount this weekend as you promised I will start posting on the BOI again. I'm sorry Jerry but the time for talk is over and the time for action is now.

Yes you didn't pressure me for payment but I followed through with our agreement. I sent you payment when I said I would. I even sent one payment "overnight". He even asks for my PayPal address the day before to make it sound like he’s really going to pay up! Not a word from Jerry all day (Mar 14, 2012), no PaPal….nothing …..hmmmmmm big surprise huh?

That statement u made is the holy grail of kruse-ifications $1500 is a lot of money (to him -making 2pmts shows he knows that and most of us) it's not something one easily forgets to take care of. But, seeing that he fell asleep, when he awoke did you get the payment this morning yet? Paypal, since that's the form of payment he's using, takes only a moment right?

Lol. I so whole-heartedly hope that is was just "life" delaying Jerry and that he keeps his word today. It would show a lot on his end. Pressure or not, kudos if he follows thru. Life does happen and man, sometimes we all get nailed really well in a short amount of time, that Karma too...bitin one in the butt for not actin right in life...just sayin, Jerry life doesn't stop til your dead and most of us have quite a ways to go before that! So make you wrongs right- like pay Stu and the rest balances out.

BTW Jerry - In our phone conversation you did say you would pay half by the middle of the month but you specified last "weekend" as the time you would pay. I can provide a transcript of our phone conversation but I don't think you really want me to do that. You reaffirmed that in your text message Mar 5, 2012. Then you came back with another message specifically addressing Wednesday as the day. I can only go by what you tell me.

You beat me Stu. I apologize for teasing about midnight Jerry. Kudos to you when it clears. Too many threads on here about the paypal craziness to trust the 1st notification for me. But it shows with a bit of pressure, ok a lot (45 pgs here, stu's text/emails/calls), that indeed the end result may work. Whether it was worth the risks/time and effort....well as I said before $3000 is a lot of effin money to us all lol

And yes, life has a way of inadvertently slowing things down or what-have-you, unless you're sitting at a computer all day talking about snakes with no real life or have no problem with pushing aside other more-important responsibilities for all-things reptile. And Christina, you talk so very big like you have it allllll figured out. Really. Okay. More power to ya. So, for the record, we can all relax now until month-end.

BTW - I too have several issues going on in my life that I am sure nobody on this forum would want to deal with but the bottom line is "life goes on". It shouldn't stop us from moving ahead and continue doing what is right!

I'm no where near a computer all day, I'm busy workin in the yard, tending to toddlers, caring for my herps and pets and then I go to actual work- technology allows a lot of us to stay current on these forums without being glued to a chair most of the people here have online businesses or are doin business communications here, not sittin talkin about snakes...tho they do that too if there's a $3000 fear of loss, a sick animal and one wants advice so the creature doesn't perish...calm down. And ya, I do have it all figured out- for ME at the moment! Life happens tho to all of us, trust me I've had my share lol I am above no one. I am only a voyer. An outside perspective to a business transaction that went south that I gave my opinions on. That's all. Ha ha you can't handle the heat so your taking stabs at her because she's posting...or are you jealous of her? By the way... I actually sit at my computer reading about snakes most of the day. It's a great life to be able to do what ever I want and not have many responsibilities.
