    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

You were pretty upset by the fact that your tubs didn't fit the rack, and that you had to spend a bunch of money on new tubs....but that is nobody's fault but your own. As you indicated, you requested your rack without tubs. I can understand opting to save some $$, when you have a bunch of tubs already; but common sense should dictate that you make sure your tubs will work beforehand. Unless the seller told you they would fit, posting your unhappiness and suggesting a better deal from another vendor is unfair to CSerpents.
 
They were supposed to be Iris shoebox racks. That's what the website says. However, they don't fit iris tubs.

You're welcome. I guess I should have stated that. I shouldn't have had to buy new tubs, but did and it cost quite a bit of money and now I have about 50 extra Iris tubs.
 
Also, I only mentioned Reptile Basics because someone else did. I've purchased Iris racks without tubs from Rich many times. I decided to try C Serpents because I got a better price (he replied to my wanted ad).

I'm not bad mouthing them or anything. The racks are very good quality. I was just disappointed about the tubs. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I would just make sure to order the rack with tubs included.
