Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them.     Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have received numerous frogs, plants and supplies from Josh. He is a great seller and always fair. Everything arrives in exceptional condition.
 
Definitely a favorite for me to order from. I use his fruit fly mix exclusively, and get just about anything else I can from him as well.

I had one order that was sent back as undeliverable after my mailman tried to deliver the package to another apartment, and the new tenant told him they didn't know me..... They just moved in within the week and didn't know anyone....

Anyway, Josh was really great about getting it sent back out. Great guy to deal with. :thumbsup:
 
Josh is AWESOME!!! The orders always are above and beyond my expectations. I purchased 6 ff cultures and they were all blooming when I received them.

mark me down as another satisfied customer, I go to him for terrarium supplies and bugs! I first purchased from him last year and have been back a number of times.

I'm going to be ordering more stuff from him this month, and am sure to repeat the good experiences I've already had.
 
I goto a few expos that Josh sets up at and always buy my lighting and food supplies from him his prices are always best and I know he will have what im needing always real helpful if ive got any questions I will keep buying from him as long as ive got reptiles
 
i love josh at josh's frogs! first order i got from him wasnt all shipped, i called him and he got right back to me within 15 min. amazing customer service, and super fast shipping. ive told so many ppl and refered alot of ppl to him.

I have purchased several dart frogs from Josh's Frogs on two different occasions, as well as ordered merchandise and live plants from them. Each time I have ordered, both the frogs, plants, and merchandise all come in at tip top shape. They always keep good communciation and have answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Josh's Frogs to anyone. I just put a live plant in order recently, and will surely be ordering some stuff from them again in the near future!
 
I'll echo the above sentiments ^. I ordered a bunch of dry goods and Josh's communication was quick and efficient about orders that couldn't be resolved immediately - no waiting around wondering when my package was coming because Josh communicated swiftly.
 
Been a while since these guys got a bump. I purchased two milk frogs from them recently. One showed up looking questionable. I immediately let them know my concerns and they kept in contact about it. Within three days, the frog died, and upon sending them the enclosure setup info, my husbandry, and photos of everything, they immediately replaced the frog at no cost, including shipping being covered.

This is a glowing example of exemplary customer service. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that's interested in frogs or product that Josh's Frogs carries. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me.
 
I have also bought frogs and supplies from Josh's frogs, can't recommend them enough! Always a great experience.
