not sure about the laws in Texas regarding venomous. Many places do not regulate rear-fangs.
The green vine snake
is a rear-fanged snake; some would consider them venomous, others would consider them "just another snake."
I would consider them venomous, although not particularly dangerous.
Even though they are rear-fanged snakes that are
unlikely to cause a problem,
there is a chance of an allergic reaction to the venom
or interactions between the venom and any medications you may be taking.
Just something to consider.
