redtail feeding problems

I have an 18 inch redtail boa, for the last 2 feeds (full size mice) she has thrown them back up a few hours after taking them. Has anyone got any advice on what I can do? Smaller food? Freshly thawed/live? Other than this she appears healthy. Feel free to email me at nutzforvicky@yahoo.com

Thanks
Richard

Stop feeding it for a week. Make sure your temps are right and then try a smaller food item. Like a hopper, an adult mouse is a little big for a snake that size...Hope this helps,

thank you very much for that advice. I've kept a number of snakes, but never came across this problem.

Once again thank you very much

I have to disagree on the size of the prey. A hopper is good to start the feed response, but much too small for an established eater to be on....

Not if its regurging! It needs smaller meals for a couple weeks to get itself back on track.
