I purchased a couple of rack systems back in Nov 2001.  My credit card was charged for $400 but I never received the racks.  The website is no longer there and I have no way of getting in touch with them.  As I recall, they are up in Boston. I could probably dispute the charge, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they still have my money.

Can anyone help??

Allen, I was contacted by a friend back in November about buying some racks from Matrix. He told me they were going out of business and offering their remaining inventory at a reduced rate. I personally have no clue whether or not they did indeed go out of business but this may explain why their website is no longer operational. If you need any help with a phone number drop me an email and I will contact my friend and see if he still has it.

Contact your bank/credit union and dispute the charge on your card, for non-delivery. Then give Doug Barr a shout an www.barrs.com and buy some rack systems from him. Then send me all teh money you have saved.

I bought some animals from the owner a couple of years ago. He is a guy by the name of Mike Scoppettuolo. He is in the Boston area. His telephone number was 781-582-2156 and his alternate email was matrixco@ici.net - that was at his workplace! This information could still be current. I would not normally post this kind of information but it looks like he ripped you off so - go get him !!

Hopefully, at least a bit, anonymous.

From what I understand due to sickness, Mike is no longer operting Matrix Rack Systems.  He's no longer in business.  If you can get your money back from the credit card company then go for it becuase I don't think you'll be getting anything from Mike.
