I took the liberty of contacting the site of the ad and had it removed. I said that I did it as a joke and was very apologetic so they would remove it. The truth is that I didn't produce the add, but I do know who did it as a joke. I actually forgot that this person even did it, otherwise I would of had it removed when Don and I had reached an agreement about the gecko. I told you I was sorry for harassing you and I am.

I do think you have to admit some humor to the whole thing. I had to laugh a little the first time I read it. Its not like you have gay people beating down your door to try to meet you! I wish I knew a way to settle this but it seems like your just out here to get me.

You obviously have much more spare time to make up and doctor emails, so I'm no match for you on the computer. Also you said in another post that your a man who can handle things yourself then why even bother going public on a forum? Why don't you try talking to me man to man without going into a temper tantrum on the phone. I really am a nice guy once you get to know me. Even through all this, I would still send you your gecko. Isn't that what you are after? Don't you have better things to do than google your name and tell everyone how mad you are?

Look, to my knowledge there are no more pranks or evil messages about you out there, so let it go man. Aren't you a guy who would rather concentrate on his collection instead of a guy who pissed you off? Have you really accomplished anything by spending all this time on bashing me? The people that read this stuff don't really know the whole story. All they know is that there is ONE guy out there that is angry at me. Can you find ANY others? NO. You can't, because there aren't any. Not one single person that has done business with me has a problem other than you. Yes, my actions were unprofessional. Some of the emails I sent you were rude and rather vulgar, but also slightly funny. Yes, I didn't want to give you a gecko because I felt the deal was broken when you threatened me, but I still offered it to you.

I will be at the Kansas City reptile expo on July the 16th if there is anyone that would like to meet me in person. I may be a nut, but I'm not a bad guy to do business with. I have great friends in this hobby which allows me to access many animals that would never be seen on the internet. I am always honest and sincere (unless threatened) and have a true passion for animals. I encourage everyone that reads this to seek the real me, and not just what one guy thinks.

That was a great joke Terry. Oh wait no it wasn't, it was completely juvenile and regardless of wether or not you posted it you encouraged it to be done. Sounds to me like you're exactly like Don says. Are you still going to send him his Gecko or the money for it or will you use Don's attitude to back out?

What did he accomplish by posting on the BOI? He ensured that your name has been added to numerous people's "Do not buy from" list. He allowed you enough rope in which to hang yourself by. Sorry, but I do not believe that any person here believes you really are a nice person after what you pulled. You are neither honest nor sincere. You are also the exact reason why we have the BOI....to flush out the crap from the system. I reckon it worked.

i've read this whole thread twice all the way through. i agree that what terry did was kinda of juvenile, but in his defense. i have dealt with him on more than one occasion. he has always been very professional. the last time i bought from him he even threw in a free gecko of a species i was considering keeping. this has apparently been a big mess, but in my experience terry isn't a bad guy to deal with. i just wanted to throw that in. everyone have a good day.

I wonder though Brandon, if this had happened before you did business with him IE you read this thread. Would you buy from him after reading what he has done here and well just how he responds to customers when there is a problem?? Randy

you bring up a good point. i don't guess i can say if i would or wouldn't buy from him for the first time, if had read this thread first. now that i have dealt with him on a couple of occasions i won't have any problem doing so again. i have been lurking around on the fauna for about 3 years, only signed up about 6 months ago. i didn't post in here to try and start anything, i was just stating how my experience with terry has been.

Brandon, I am glad you got such a good deal from Terry. But, the facts are that he would be far from a good person to deal with. The way he has acted in this thread will speak volumes when people see it.

I might add, a person that will throw away a reputation over $65.00, is not what we call a great seller. However, I am glad he was good to you.

So the facts remain, Terry AKA Kcgeckoguy, is a very poor seller at best in many of the eyes here. IMO, buying anything from him would be a very big risk at best.

Are you accusing Don of fabricating the email he claimed was sent in post #81 ? If so, this is extremely relevant... if you are claiming that he outright lied about that, please say so. Otherwise, insinuating that he did is not doing you any favors.

Tom, Terry could have posted his emails and didn't bother to so. We can guess why, he didn't want to have us see them. Randy

I have posted emails that Don sent me. If your going to get involved in this thread then please read the whole thing.

Also, Don's gecko will be sent out tomorrow. We have reached and agreement and this matter is settled. He has said to me that he will post that the gecko has been received when he gets it.

Also, for future reference, I responded the way I responded because of the phone conversation Don and I had. No one here can ever get the whole story because no one was there to hear it.

I have learned that Don loosing my temper and threatening me does not constitute the actions I took. I will however, state that from now on if any person threatens me, I consider any sale broken as I'm sure any person would.

Terry kept his word and sent me the gecko. I received it today 7/14 via express mail, it took 2 days to get to me but arrived alive and well packed. Thank you for sending me my gecko, thats all I wanted.

Don we're probably as glad as you are that it's over.. Glad you got what you wanted and were owed, in the end. Too bad you had to go through all this to get it..Take care..Randy
