    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Reptile Depot - My experience

I did walk over to their booth at Sacramento. I was able to get a few really small tubs from them (after much searching as they are Very unorganized). Then, I had to go back over and wait for them to find the lids. By that day, I had purchased my tubs elsewhere. I mean, it was the day of the show, afterall! The two people that I talked to seemed to know my situation, but Never offered an apology or help. The couple tubs that I did get, they took from my "Store Credit", which I have yet to use since. The whole thing is ridiculous in my opinion
 
My experience has a happy ending, I filed a complaint with my bank, and they contacted me today to let me know they have concluded their investigation and reversed the charges.

I sadly can not do that, as I did get a few tubs from them at the reptile show. So, I am not going to lie and say I did not get anything. I just hope it works out when I go to use my credit.
 
Reptile Depot- Poor Service- actually NO Service

I can't believe I didn't check the Bio first, as I always do before purchasing reptiles.. I ordered on-line Florescent bulbs, week goes by no e-mail saying they were shipped but my credit card was charged, called the Store and which is staffed with Rude young employees..who actually hung up on me.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
